Support for Parents

When children are struggling, parents often carry the weight – physically, emotionally, and mentally.

It can feel relentless at times, with little space to rest, reflect, or focus on your own wellbeing.

Our parent support offers:

  • A space where you don’t have to explain everything
  • Time to pause and step out of constant responsibility
  • Practical tools to help you feel more steady
  • Opportunities to connect with others who understand

This is not about adding more to your list – it’s about creating space within it.

Support for Individuals

Neurodivergent adults are often highly capable, creative and insightful – but this can come with its own challenges.

Hyper-focus, time pressure, emotional regulation and the demands of everyday life can lead to exhaustion and burnout.

Our support offers:

  • Space to slow down and reset
  • Gentle structure without pressure
  • Practical strategies that fit your life
  • A calm, supportive environment

You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit – this is about ongoing, sustainable support.

How We Support You

We offer a flexible mix of in-person and online support. You can choose one area or combine elements depending on what feels right.
