Sometimes the same challenges keep appearing - organisation, overwhelm, emotional regulation, rejection sensitivity - and solutions don’t seem to stick. You may feel frustrated, stuck, or unsure where to begin. Coaching offers a structured, supportive space to understand how your mind works and to develop practical strategies that genuinely fit your life. It is forward-focused, empowering, and tailored to you. You do not need a diagnosis to access coaching.
ADHD & Neurodivergent Coaching
Is Coaching Right for You?
Coaching may be helpful if:
- You feel stuck or frustrated by recurring challenges
- You want practical, realistic strategies
- You are ready to explore change at your own pace
- You are looking for structured, supportive space
Coaching is not therapy, and where other forms of support may be more appropriate, this will always be discussed openly.
ADHD & Neurodivergent Coaching
What Is Coaching?
Coaching is not therapy, counselling or teaching.
It is a collaborative process that helps you:
- Understand your patterns, strengths and challenges
- Explore what may be holding you back
- Develop strategies that work for your life
- Build confidence, clarity and direction
Coaching is about drawing out your own solutions – not being told what to do.

How Coaching Can Help
Coaching can support you with:
- Organisation and time management
- Managing overwhelm and burnout
- Emotional regulation
- Motivation and follow-through
- Navigating work, family or relationships
- Building self-awareness and confidence
For many neurodivergent individuals, everyday tasks can feel disproportionately difficult – even when you know what needs to be done.
Coaching helps bridge the gap between knowing and doing.
A Neurodivergent-Affirming Approach
Neurodivergence brings both strengths and challenges. Creativity, divergent thinking, energy and attention to detail are often powerful assets — but they can sit alongside frustration, exhaustion and difficulty with everyday demands. Our approach recognises both. Coaching is not about “fixing” you. It is about understanding yourself and building the right support around you.

What to Expect
Coaching is structured but flexible, with sessions tailored to your individual needs.
Getting Started
We begin with an initial exploratory session. This session will last 30 minutes and is free of charge.
This is a relaxed, no-obligation conversation where we:
- Explore what you would like support with
- Get a sense of how coaching might help
- Agree whether it feels like the right fit
Ongoing Sessions
Coaching usually takes place over a series of sessions, often weekly.
During this time, we will:
- Focus on your chosen areas
- Explore patterns and challenges
- Develop practical, personalised strategies and action points
- Support you to build sustainable change
Individual coaching sessions last 1 hr.
How Sessions Work
- Sessions are delivered online
- Flexible times available (including evenings and weekends)
- Each session provides dedicated, focused time for you to focus on you

The Coaching Relationship
A coach provides a supportive, professional relationship that is focused on you.
In coaching sessions, you can expect:
- A calm, non-judgemental space
- Careful listening and thoughtful questioning
- Support to challenge unhelpful patterns
- Clear boundaries and confidentiality
Coaching works best when you feel able to engage openly and are willing to take small steps forward.

A Flexible Approach
There is no fixed pathway.
You may choose a small number of sessions, a longer period of support, or return to coaching at different points in your life.
Our approach is to work with you — not to fit you into a system.
Getting Started
Starting can feel like a big step — but it doesn’t need to be complicated. A simple initial no-obligation conversation can help you explore whether coaching feels right for you.
The cost of coaching for adults can sometimes be covered by an Access to Work grant. We can offer advice and assistance in applying for this where appropriate.
As with all of our services, the Neurodivergent Wellbeing and Family Support CIC offer a small number of assisted places for those who face financial barriers.
