At Neurodivergent Wellbeing and Family Support CIC, we offer a range of flexible support options designed to meet you where you are. You can choose one area, combine elements, or move between services as your needs evolve. Everything we offer is grounded in the same approach: practical, relational support that fits real life.

what we offer

Wellbeing Support

For Parents

When children are struggling, parents often carry the weight — physically, emotionally, and mentally.

For Individuals

Neurodivergent adults are often high achievers and highly creative individuals. Hyper-focus, time-management and procrastination can lead to burn out.

Our wellbeing support offers space to pause, reset, and feel more supported. Through a combination of in-person and online sessions, including Pilates, support groups, and gentle wellbeing activities, we help reduce isolation and rebuild a sense of steadiness.

what we offer

ADHD & Neurodivergent Coaching

Sometimes the same challenges keep appearing — organisation, overwhelm, emotional regulation — and solutions don’t seem to stick.

Coaching provides a structured, supportive space to understand how your mind works and to develop practical strategies that genuinely fit your life. It is forward-focused, empowering, tailored to you – and you do not need a diagnosis to access it!

what we offer

Mini Relaxing & Rejuvenating Retreats

Sometimes a full weekend away isn’t realistic — but a few hours can make a real difference.

We offer access to half-day retreats designed to be accessible, affordable, and restorative. Set in calm, welcoming environments, they offer time to breathe, move, rest, and gather strength.

what we offer

School Support

We know that schools are increasingly supporting pupils with a wide range of needs, often alongside rising expectations and levels of pressure on staff.

We work with schools to provide practical, accessible approaches that support neurodivergent pupils while helping staff feel more confident and less overwhelmed.

Our support includes staff training, small group work with pupils, and parent workshops — all designed to improve understanding, reduce disruption, and create calmer, more manageable learning environments.

The focus is on small, realistic changes that make a meaningful difference to both pupils and staff.

what we offer

Supported Holidays in France

For many neurodivergent families, the idea of a holiday can feel overwhelming rather than relaxing.

We support families to access holidays that feel different — a calm, predictable environment with gentle, thoughtful support available. These experiences are designed to feel manageable, flexible, and genuinely restorative.

A Flexible Approach

There is no set pathway.

You might begin with a single session, join a group, explore coaching, or simply take some time for yourself at a retreat. You can step in and out of support as needed.

Our role is to provide options — and to support you in finding what works for you.

Getting Started

If you’re not sure where to begin, that’s completely okay. A simple conversation can help you explore what might feel most helpful right now — with no pressure to commit.
