We understand that being part of a neurodivergent family can feel full of challenges, surprises, and moments no one ever warned you about. It can be beautiful, exhausting, confusing, and deeply meaningful — often all at once.
about us
Why We Exist
Many individuals and families find themselves navigating long waiting lists, limited services, or support that doesn’t quite fit.
Parents and individuals often tell us they feel exhausted by day-to-day life.
They often know what they need to do to look after their own wellbeing but find it impossible to create the time and space for themselves within the pressures of corporate or family life.
They would love a holiday, but holidays mean change and change can be overwhelming.
We exist to create a space where support feels more accessible, more human, and more aligned with your life.
Meet Judith
Professional Background
Judith is the founder of Neurodivergent Wellbeing and Family Support CIC. She brings over 30 years’ experience in education, including roles as a Head of Year and Mental Health Lead, where she worked closely with children and families navigating neurodivergence.
She is also a qualified Pilates instructor, an ADHD coach, and a Mental Health First Aider, combining practical skills with a strong understanding of wellbeing and mental health.
Personal Approach
Alongside her professional experience, Judith brings lived understanding of neurodivergent family life. This shapes a calm, compassionate approach that focuses on finding solutions and improving well-being.
Her work is grounded in building trust, reducing overwhelm, and creating support that feels calm, realistic, and truly accessible for the families she works with.
Judith’s focus is simple: to create support that fits families, rather than expecting families to fit a system.
