Family-Led

At Neurodivergent Wellbeing and Family Support, we listen first. We recognise that every family is different, so support is shaped around you.

s

Strength-Focused

We see neurodivergence as difference, not deficit. We face the challenges whilst building on what’s already strong within your family.

s

Deeply Caring

People and connection come first. We offer thoughtful, compassionate support built on trust, respect, and understanding.

s

Consistent & Reliable

Continuity matters. You can expect steady, dependable support from people you have come to know and trust.

About Us

Neurodivergent Wellbeing and Family Support was created from lived experience and years of working alongside families navigating neurodivergence.

Being part of a neurodivergent family can feel full of challenges, surprises, and moments no one ever warned you about.

It can be beautiful, exhausting, confusing, and deeply meaningful — often all at once.

We offer support shaped around your family, your rhythms, and the way your lives work together.

From gentle, year-round wellbeing support for parents to coaching, mini retreats, and carefully supported access to holidays in France, everything we offer is designed to meet you where you are.

Who We Support

We work with:

You do not need a diagnosis to access support.

A Different Kind of Support

Support That Adapts To YOU

Starts where you are. Moves at your own pace. Stays as long as it helps.

s

It often begins with feeling overwhelmed.

Daily life can feel full — managing routines, supporting your child, holding everything together — with very little space for yourself.

s

You might have tried different forms of support, but nothing has quite felt like the right fit.

s

You decide to contact Neurodivergent Wellbeing and Family Support CIC.

There’s no pressure, no long process — just a simple conversation. From there, things begin gently.

s

Perhaps a parent group, where you don’t have to explain everything.

A Pilates session that helps you pause and breathe. A coaching conversation that starts to make sense of things.

s

Nothing changes overnight — but slowly, things begin to feel more manageable.

There is more understanding. More steadiness. More space to think.

s

Over time, confidence grows. What once felt overwhelming begins to feel possible.

Starting Can Feel Like The Hardest Step.

We keep it simple.

What Our Clients Have To Say

Someone who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond

“Judith has been a tremendous support to me and my daughters. She is approachable, kind, and always takes time to listen to any concerns I have. As the parent of two neurodivergent children, I have often felt overwhelmed, misunderstood and frustrated. Judith has helped me navigate these challenges while always validating my concerns. Some of the issues were complex and spanned many months, and even years, particularly when supporting my daughters at school, both in the classroom and beyond. Judith has such a calm and reassuring demeanour, and I always came away from our meetings and phone calls feeling more positive and supported. She has a wonderful way of making difficult situations feel more manageable. My daughters also find Judith incredibly approachable and supportive. She takes the time to get to know people as individuals and has a natural ability to make you feel at ease from the moment you meet her. We are so grateful for Judith’s support, compassion, and understanding. She has made a real difference to our family, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for someone who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond to support children and their families.”

A safe supportive space

“I love this Pilates class, it’s a safe supportive space and Judith is a skilled teacher. I’m not wonderful but I do what I can and it definitely benefits me both physically and emotionally.”
